3 Great Rental Options For Celebrating YOUR Special Event!

The Studio is located downstairs and is handicap accessible. It is the smaller of the two spaces, but don’t let that fool you! It’s still large enough to house a full-size bounce house with plenty of leftover space.

The Loft is located upstairs and is the larger of the two available spaces. It has its own separate entrance and kitchen. The space is open and allows you to accommodate up to 300 people at tables.

Over 10,000 square feet of space for your special event! When you rent the building, your guests can flow free from level to level via the custom staircase. The staircase is only available with full building rentals.

  • Location: Upstairs, Not Handicap Accessible

  • Private Entrance

$185/hour (2 hour minimum); $50 each additional hour; $75 Janitorial Fee

We make decorating for your event easy! The Pennington has several on-site decor options you may wish to rent for your special celebration. Click the button below to browse our selection.

Other Celebration FAQ’s

  • Any event that is not a wedding.

  • Yes. Tables and chairs are included with your rental. They will be set up in your designated event space.

  • The length of your event is entirely up to you, but we kindly ask that you please include decorating/set up/pack up time within your reservation.

  • The doors will be unlocked/locked according to the scheduled rental agreement.

  • Paying in full is certainly welcomed, but not required. In order to reserve the venue, you must present a nonrefundable 25% of your total fee + your signed contract.

  • If you choose to rent the entire building, then your event will be the only thing taking place within the space.

    However, this venue is a multi-event venue. It is possible that there may be another event above or below at the same time as your event.

    If this is the case, rest assured that your spaces will be blocked off and separate from one another. We recommend background music in the downstairs Studio space. Bluetooth soundbar provided.

Information About Your Rental

With each Event Rental, Tables and Chairs are included.

We also request your Decorating/Set up and Pack up time to be included in the duration of total time requested.

Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your event is taken care of, from start to finish.

Additionally, please note that there is a Janitorial Fee to Guarantee cleanliness for your event, and we kindly ask for a FULLY REFUNDABLE damage/late exit fee to ensure that the venue is left in the same condition as when it was first rented.

To secure your desired date, a signed contract and a 25% non refundable deposit is required.
